CO2 Gas Replacement

  1. Turn off CO2 at the tank, if applicable. Note Hub and water source can remain on.
  2. Turn regulator off and pull the regulator's pressure relief pin.
  3. Disconnect the tubing at the regulator's push-to-connect fitting.
  4. Unscrew the regulator (with the CGA360 adapter, if applicable) off the CO2 tank.
  5. Screw regulator on to the new CO2 tank. Don't over-tighten*
  6. After confirming Hub and water source are ON, open CO2 tank and set regulator to desired pressure (~65psi).

*Look inside the regulator adapter. See a black o-ring = hand tighten to tank. See a clear/colored washer = wrench tighten to tank.

No gas flow? Pressure not holding steady?

  • Check the regulator adapter is not over-tightened
  • Check the o-ring or washer inside the regulator adapter is not damaged
  • Check gas tank is in open position.
  • Check regulator is in open position (clockwise)
