Refund policy

100 Day Trial*
We offer a 100 day trial of the Seltza system. This means you have 100 days after receiving your items to request a free return if the carbonation is not to your satisfaction. Simply contact us at hello@seltzatap.com with your proof of purchase and we will send you the return labels and instructions. *ELIGIBILITY: The 100 Day Trial only applies if you purchase the SeltzaHub along with a Seltza faucet, as we cannot guarantee the carbonation of a third-party faucet. Returns must be received in original box with original protective packaging. The system must have been used as intended to be eligible for this trial.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@seltzatap.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue to make it right.

Exchanges
Faucet exchanges are subject to a $100 exchange fee. They must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product, and the return received within 60 days. Product must be in original packaging and never installed. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at hello@seltzatap.com and we will provide you with the exchange instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Other Returns
Returns that fall outside of the above categories are subject to a restocking fee*. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product, and the return received within 60 days.  Product must be in original packaging and never installed. Please contact hello@seltzatap.com to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. *Restocking fee: $100 for SeltzaTap (all models), $100 for Seltza-RO Water Filter, $250 for SeltzaHub (all models).

Extensions by Request
In some cases
extensions to the Trial period or Return windows can be pre-approved, such as for construction or renovation projects. Please contact hello@seltzatap.com to make a request. Reminder pre-approval is a must.
