Warranty Policy

Any claim under this warranty must be made within 1 year of the date of receipt of the SeltzaRO Water Filter, SeltzaHub (all models) and/or SeltzaTap (all models) products (collectively, the "Product").

The Product is warranted to be free of defect of material and workmanship, under normal use, for  one (1) year from date of receipt of the Product. To make claim under warranty, email the product issue and proof of purchase to hello@seltzatap.com

The warranty only applies if the Product was used and/ or installed in accordance with the user guide and/ or installation instructions. This warranty is given in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. Seltza shall not be held liable for damages consequential or otherwise, except as excluded by law.

If a defect arises and a claim is received by Seltza within the applicable warranty period, Seltza will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) provide replacement part(s) at no charge or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.

Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.

Applicable to all above is that a warranty claim needs to be approved by Seltza to ensure product was not incorrectly used, installed or claimed. Seltza may ask for documentation such as photos or video, of the issue. False and incorrect claims will be pursued at Seltza discretion, including chargeable inspection and labour costs incurred.
